“The Hong Kong Observatory announces that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number 8 is expected to be issued at or before 9:20 a.m. today (23 Jul 2017). Winds locally will strengthen further.”

Due to the unstable weather, the church service today will be cancelled.
